Often, when you see a funny video on YouTube and you want to show it to your friends using your smartphone or MP3 player, you don't have an effective way to do it.
Fast Video Download is a complement for the Firefox web browser that helps you easily download videos from YouTube, Metacafe, Dailymotion, Google Video, and other online video portals.
It's very easy to use: just press the Fast Video Download icon in the status bar of your browser to start downloading the video that you're viewing.
In the options dialog box, which you can see by right-clicking on that same icon, you can choose to integrate Fast Video Download with your download manager, for example DownThemAll or FlashGot.
